What work do you do in film exhibition / distribution?
I’m a freelance film curator, event producer and filmmaker.
What have you been working on most recently?
I run Cine-Sister film and the Gateway Film Festival in Peterborough.
Cine-Sister film showcases the work of female identifying filmmakers in pop up events since March 2017.
The Gateway Film Festival launched in November 2019. Gateway aims to celebrate local history, community as well as being Peterborough’s gateway to film culture from the past and around the world. 2019’s festival saw a diverse film programme including special extras such as Bollywood style dancers, poetry, shadow puppet workshops as well as Q&As, introductions, and food.
What kind of projects are you interested in working on?
I’m interested in working on Film Festivals, Pop Up Events and with Cinemas
