All applications are reviewed manually by us (we’re all volunteering!) and processing time varies depending on the time of year, the volume of applications that we have in our queue and whether or not your application was submitted during business hours or over the weekend.
If all required information is provided, you should receive your welcome email within 24-48 hours. If it’s been longer than that, email us.
“This email address already exists”
This error indicates that there is an existing member profile created using the same email address. You can use this Forgot Password link to retrieve the password associated with the email.
First, login to your account. Click Account Settings in the Your Account menu. Enter your new email in the email address field. You must also enter your current password to verify this change. Click Update Account.
